You can make contact with me via email or phone. I will then organise a phone consultation.
In order to get to know you and your situation, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. This enables me to get to know you better, to make sure we are the right fit, and for you to get to know more about my approach. It's also an opportunity to ask any questions you might have.
If we decide to book an appointment, we will be able to do so after the consultation call. Before the appointment, I will send an email on how to find me, an agreement and consent form for counselling, and any other questionnaires that I feel will be helpful for our work together.
